But what happens if some animals are more equal than others, and the future suddenly begins to look even darker than the past? The legendary John Halas, AKA János Halász, made this animated film of George Orwell's classic satire in 1954. The work is significant not only as the first feature-length film made in England, but also because of the major impression it made in the Cold War era.
